Not Helpful for Older Workers

I went to SOS Staffing after I received an email that a position I applied for had been filled but they were interested in my qualifications and to come in to fill out an application and do an interview. I shouldn't even have gone in the door once I saw how young the staff were. I filled out the paperwork, then the owner/manager of the company came and got me for the interview. We barely started the interview when she announced that she had to leave. I was told to go up front and give the girl my paperwork. I sat there and finished the tests they wanted me to take and handed in the paperwork. I was told that if they wanted another interview I would get a phone call. Needless to say, no phone call. Three days later I got a standard form letter stating that due to the number of applicants that come through here every month, we suggest you go to another agency as we are UNABLE to help you at this time.

No success

Ask for all personal information and not once did they call about job openings. Recommend you apply straight to companies - hire you faster or will call you right away whether you got it or not so you don't wait around forever.
